Build lunchroom, feed poor students in Guatemala

Dear supporter and friend of the El Lustrador Foundation,

How have you been? We wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for all the support that you have given to El Lustrador Foundation in the past! Your support has helped with scholarships and groceries for children and their families in Guatemala.

I also wanted to tell you about an exciting new opportunity for El Lustrador Foundation! We have been selected by the GlobalGiving Foundation to participate in its Accelerator campaign, a fundraising opportunity for nonprofits around the world.

In order to succeed, we must raise $5,000 from 40 separate donors from September 13th through September 30th 2021 (only 18 days). If we meet this threshold, we will be permanently featured on GlobalGiving’s website, where we have the potential to raise funds for our final target of $50,000 for the children of Guatemala, benefitting from corporate relationships, connect with new donors, and access online fundraising tools. Additionally, we could earn bonus prizes from GlobalGiving for raising the most money.

Please help us reach the threshold of $5,000 from 40 donors by September 30th so that we can reach our greater goal. You cannot donate before 6 am PST on Monday the 13th, so we will send the link to donate then! We’re also going to need your help spreading the word, so please share this opportunity with your friends and family!
